About me
Hey there! I,m Nikael Misty. You can just call me Nika.
I'm self taught freelance illustrator and designer.I have been doing commissioned work for very long time, and in my free time I like to design my own characters and illustrate scenes from their stories.▹ English is not my native language. I'm trying to master this wonderful language, but for now I use a translator. So I can make mistakes, sorry!▹I love Japan and everything connected with it. I respect and adore its culture and traditions, both ancient and new. I love anime and am a fan of many cult titles. Because I am a kawaii neko! Meow!▹I am also interested in the aesthetics of magic and witchcraft. I consider myself a Wiccan.MY INTEREST

▹These terms and conditions are subject to change - any changes will reflect for every commission, whether it was in the past, present or future.▹ I, Nikael Misty, have the right to decline any commission for any reason given▹I have the right to upload (or don,t upload) the artwork to social media and use them as commission examples (Unless the commissioner requests it to be a private commission beforehand). If you later ask me not to publish the work I may ask you for an extra charge for it.▹ You agree to these tos upon purchase.
RULES ABOUT USING MY ART
⭐Repost is OK as long as you credit me.
⭐Tracing/referencing personal art for non profit is OK.
⭐Fanart of my OCs is okay!
⭐You may print the commissioned artwork on things for personal use.
⭐If you want to use my art for commercial uses, it can be discussed.❌You may not trace, edit, sell or claim my artwork as your own.
❌Do not use my OCs for RP.
❌Do not make nsfw content of my OCs.
❌Do not make ship art of your OCs with mine unless we are friends.
❌Do not sell my art as NFTs.
Adoptable / design rules
✨Adoptables may be traded as well as resold. You are only allowed to resell the adoptable if it is for the same price for which you purchased it from me. If you got extra art of the adoptable though, feel free to add the price you paid for that art on top of the original number when reselling.✨You can change gender, information, species, accessories, and the design (not so much that it would make them unrecognizable/ if you need help you can contact me!).✨If the adopt changes hands, please let me know! ( if you use Toyhouse just link me there, username is aukoon )
PAYMENT AND PROCCES
✨ I need visual references to draw - digital png references are highly preferred. please avoid sending me text paragraphs (unless it is a description of the character's personality), bad quality jpgs or traditional references. your commission will be declined.✨ You will be sent a sketch for approval before payment. Payment after sketch approval.✨If I make several sketches, the ones that aren't chosen for the final artwork may be used by me as sketches for the other commissions from other customers or YCHs;✨ I take 100% PREPAYMENT only via PayPal in USD.✨ Refunds are not available✨ Work on your artwork will start as soon as payment if fully received. completed time depends on queue - usually, the order on my trello is accurate and is the current order of what i am working on.▹ ✨My deadlines go from a couple of days to two months! That usually depends on the complexity of the piece, my queue at the moment, and life events. If anything happens, I'll let you know that your commission will be delayed.✨You may ask for any type of changes if you request WIP updates while ordering a commission! I may send every step if you ask for it.✨ Bigger changes on completed pieces may result in an additional fee✨Once the commission is finished, you can only ask for minor changes!
I won't make any changes to the art after you've already approved the final piece.✨Fixes of my own mistakes are done for free.
Cosmetic fixes to your commission of things I was not informed of by reference images & text will be an extra charge.
After approving a WIP, extra changes will be charged extra for.✨ If you want to remain anonymous or don’t want me to post your commission so that it remains private, that’s fine! There will however be an extra fee.✨Violators of my TOS will be blacklisted from future commissions.
